At ELECRAMA 2025, Envalior showcased its advanced engineering polymers, offering solutions that can help customers navigate India’s energy transition and meet the growing demand for sustainable electronics manufacturing. With India's rapid growth in electric vehicles, industrial automation, and smart consumer electronics, our materials are designed to enhance efficiency, extend product lifespan, and promote environmental responsibility. By working closely with you, we can demonstrate how the right material choices can drive success in these fast-evolving markets.
India’s push towards smart grids and renewable energy integration has fueled an unprecedented demand for high-performance materials in power distribution, electrical safety, and electronic miniaturization. At ELECRAMA 2025, we showcased our advanced engineering polymers and highlighted their role in driving India’s energy transition and sustainable electronic manufacturing.
We engaged directly with OEMs, component suppliers, and industry leaders, demonstrating how the right material choices could improve efficiency, longevity, and environmental responsibility. With the Indian market witnessing exponential growth in electric vehicles (EVs), industrial automation, and smart consumer electronics, we showcased how our innovations can have transformative potential for your components. We also focused on co-innovation, aligning with India’s industrial transformation and the APAC region’s evolving regulatory landscape.
Major highlights at our exhibit were flame-retardant thermoplastics for switchgears, high-temperature-resistant polymers for smart meters, and bio-based alternatives for power modules and solar inverters. With solutions such as Arnite® PBT, PET: Stanyl® PA46: ForTii® PPA: and EcoPaXX® PA410, we addressed technical challenges while reinforcing India’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
Also, as the industry continues to gravitate towards lightweight, high-strength substitutes for conventional metal components, our expertise in sustainable materials provide an attractive alternative. Xytron™ PPS, known for its chemical resistance and dimensional stability, plays a crucial role in power distribution units and battery management systems, further extending impact on India’s electrification efforts.
The Indian electronics sector has long faced the challenge of meeting stringent safety regulations while simultaneously reducing the size and weight of components. We address these concerns through our high Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) polymers, which significantly minimized electrical failures in compact, high-voltage applications. Additionally, our thermally conductive plastics ensure better heat dissipation for power electronics and LED lighting, reinforcing reliability and performance. With India actively deploying 5G and IoT infrastructure, our electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding solutions continue to be an essential tool to mitigate signal disruptions and enhance device longevity in high-frequency environments.
Showcased at the booth were bio-based and recyclable polymers, like EcoPaXX® PA410, ️ to cut fossil reliance without compromising performance. Its circular economy efforts align with India’s green ambitions, while Akulon ® ️Repurposed PA6—crafted from discarded fishing nets—proves that innovation can clean up oceans and power industries at the same time.
One of the most compelling stories shared at our booth was our work on Akulon® Repurposed PA6, a breakthrough material derived from recycled fishing nets collected from India’s coastal communities. By converting marine waste into high-performance engineering plastics, we demonstrated that sustainability and industrial progress could go hand in hand. This initiative also illustrated the economic viability of integrating recycled materials into mainstream electronics manufacturing, a crucial step for a country striving to reduce plastic waste.
Electrical safety was also highlighted at our booth. By adhering to rigorous international benchmarks, such as UL 94 V-0 flame resistance and IEC 60695 glow wire ignition testing, we assured Indian manufacturers of our materials' durability and compliance. Continuous investment in research, coupled with third-party testing collaborations, strengthens our proactive approach to quality and reliability.
In an industry where product failures can have significant consequences, our commitment to safety is a key differentiator. Our materials underwent rigorous mechanical and electrical property testing, ensuring superior tracking resistance, dielectric strength, and thermal aging performance. These qualities proved essential for components like circuit breakers, connectors, and insulation materials used in high-voltage applications.
We also play an important role in supporting manufacturers throughout the product development cycle. From material selection and design optimization to prototyping and large-scale production, our technical expertise enables seamless adoption of advanced polymers. Our global supply chain and strong presence in India ensures that businesses have reliable access to high-quality materials tailored for the evolving electrical and electronics market. As India’s electronics industry continues its rapid growth, the availability of a resilient supply chain and localized support becomes vital. Thus, we are positioned as a long-term partner for businesses navigating this transformation.
