With the development of highly glass filled ForTii Ace, a material with a glass transition temperature of up to 160°C, Envalior opened up a new space in metal replacement. ForTii Ace enables metal replacement in parts that were not possible up to now, giving designers even more freedom to realize increasingly complex designs. ForTii® Ace MX53 is a PPA with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. The high aromatic content and high Tg lead to excellent part stiffness and low creep, even up to 150°C. Moisture uptake occurs slowly with very limited impact on dimensions.
