Polyamide Copolymer Solutions

Durethan (PA6/IPDI) and Novamid (PA6/66) are high-performance copolyamides from Envalior, specifically engineered to improve processing capabilities and enhance product properties in advanced industrial applications. Due to their controlled, delayed crystallization, these copolymers deliver unique capabilities such as superior flexibility, transparency and processability of thermoforming, making them ideal for blown films, monofilaments, and compounded materials.For the production of PA/PE multi layer films by blown film coextrusion

  • Melting Point: 193°C to 215°C (grade-specific)
  • Declarations: Available with US and EU and other food-contact approvals, depending on the grade.

    • Durethan: 25 kg PE bags with Al moisture barrier, 1000-kg Octabins, bulk silo trucks (up to 25 tons)

  • Global Availability: Strategically produced in Uerdingen (Germany) and in Kaohsiung (Taiwan) . Delivery conditions and lead times vary based on location and volume.
